Dear Family,
It snowed a couple of times this week. But it was also sunny a
couple of other times this week. So this week has been a mix of trying
to stay warm and I'm getting to hot. So the weather has been really
fun this week!
The mission conference was really good and it was also somewhat
like a training to. They are decide to re start and they having do
like a test run type thing when we can also teach people online. They
are going to switch out our iPads (we will be getting new iPads
sometime soon with some of the new programs). I will have to give more
details as we start doing it. The two people that came and spoke to us
did a good job (Elder Evens of the seventy and Elder Allen... I don't
remember what he does. So next week We will be going back to having
pday on Monday.
We got a new investigator. It is a women that lives in the
apartment above ours. She is trying to sell her house and we have gone
over and helped her with her house or maybe little things around her
apartment. On Sunday we went up to her apartment and had bible study.
We didn't read much from the bible but it kind of turned into a
lesson. We are going to invite her to the Book of Mormon studies that
we have Wednesday's. We have given her a Book of Mormon land she has
read some of it!
On Saturday we also went over to her house to help her out. We were
mainly bring down boxes and other things to her living room. She is
trying to get her house on the market around March 17. It reminded me
of how much work it takes to sell a house.
Church got cancelled again on Sunday. That is two weeks in a row
and I am feeling like I'm going less active without even trying to. If
it gets cancelled again next week I might cry.
We went to the Relief Society activity that the Branch had on
Thursday. We learned how to knit and they had some FOOD! I actually
had fun learning how to knit even though I wasn't very good at it and
I has confused half the time (don't worry I ate a little bit to). Well
