Dear Family,
Well it looks like my time in Valley Forge is over. I am getting transferred to a new area. I find out tomorrow between 10-11 EST where the area that I am serving in and who my new companion is.
We didn't really do a lot this week or at least it feels like we didn't do a lot. On Monday our cars were grounded because we were suppose to get this big snow storm. We didn't get a big snow storm but we did get snow. We had a snowball fight with a couple of kids at the place where we live. They had a ton of fun and it helped keep them busy while the mom was making dinner. Then we had dinner with the family that we live with.
On Tuesday we pretty much spent a good chunk of time at the relief society presidents house (we live with the relief society president so we get to see her a lot.) and helped her out with the visiting teaching stuff. At the end of the night you could tell that she was really happy that we came over and helped and she looked less stressed too.
We had a couple of lessons set up this week but they all some how got cancelled which was really annoying. But we can't really do anything about that. The ward mission leader wanted us to come visit a person that he home teaches. The person kind of slammed the door in our face. It was really interesting.
The stake president of the Valley Forge Stake lives in the ward and his wife needed help moving some logs on Friday. So we went over to her home and helped move logs. After we got done with that we went inside and had hot chocolate and talked to her for a little bit. Well I think the is all that happened this week. I love all of you guys and have a wonderful week. I will tell you guys next week what area that I am serving in!
Love, Sister Paige Bluemel
